Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 19, 2026

Who we are

ReplyPlume ("we", "us") provides review monitoring and response software for local businesses. Contact: hello@replyplume.com.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, business name, and settings you configure (such as your response tone and policies).
  • Connected platform data: when you connect a review platform (for example Google Business Profile), we store the authorization tokens you grant, your business location details, and the public reviews and review replies for your connected locations.
  • Billing information: processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number.
  • Usage data: standard logs and analytics used to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

We use your information solely to provide the service: retrieving new reviews for your connected locations, drafting and (with your approval) posting responses, sending you alerts and reports, and billing. We use AI service providers to analyze review text and draft responses. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data to advertise to anyone.

Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure

ReplyPlume's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the review-management features you request, is never sold, is never used for advertising, and is not transferred except to service providers as necessary to provide those features, for security, or to comply with law.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers required to run ReplyPlume — hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), AI processing (Anthropic), email delivery (Resend), and payments (Stripe) — each bound by their own confidentiality and data-protection terms, and with review platforms when posting a reply you have authorized.

Security & retention

Authorization tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is retained while your account is active. When you disconnect a platform or delete your account, we delete the associated tokens promptly and the associated stored data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or billing records.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@replyplume.com. You can revoke ReplyPlume's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
