Terms of Service

The service
ReplyPlume monitors reviews for business locations you connect, drafts responses using AI, posts responses you approve (or that match auto-posting rules you enable), sends alerts, and produces reports. You must own or be authorized to manage every business profile you connect.
Your responsibilities
Responses are posted under your business identity — you are responsible for the content of every response posted, including auto-posted responses under rules you enable. You agree not to use ReplyPlume to solicit, fabricate, or incentivize reviews, or in violation of any review platform's terms.
AI-generated content
Drafts are generated by AI and may contain errors. Review drafts before approving. Auto-posting is optional and configurable, and is off by default for negative reviews.
Billing & cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually per location via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Review platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time, which can affect functionality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination & changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
